MADE is a fitness training studio for classes and personal training and not a gym that can be used at all hours of the day. Please call to make an appointment if you would like to visit the facility. The facility will only be open 15 minutes before classes start and 15 minutes after classes end. Due to the limited space in our facility, if you arrive early you may have to wait for your appropriate training time to enter the facility.

Clients that are 20 minutes late and have not called will be considered a cancellation. Please call if you are on your way. Please keep in mind that late arrivals my not receive the full 1 hour session due to a client coming in after you. Any personal training session cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged for one personal training session. Exceptions may be made for emergency situations. All personal training sessions are non-refundable. Sessions expire after one year. You may transfer sessions to family members, friends, or coworkers.

To freeze or cancel your memberships please go to [email protected] and put in request. We can freeze your membership up to 2 months. To terminate your membership after the initial membership term has expired, you must send a written 30 day notice requesting a cancellation to our email address [email protected]. Notice shall be tendered pursuant to this agreement and will be effective 30 days after receipt by MADE Fitness and Training Center with all fees due prior to effective date of termination. Members must be current in dues to terminate.

We accept all major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.

You do not have to sign a contract. You may pay for your training per class or month to month, but you will find it to be less expensive to sign a 3 or 6 month commitment. For personal training, all packages must be purchased prior to your first session. Please give us a call for more details.

We have several membership options to suit your needs. You can choose between the following options: pay per class, month to month memberships, 3 month commitment memberships, and 6 month commitment memberships. Please give us a call for pricing and more details.

Both men and women have their own over-sized restroom with lockers and a shower. You may rent a permanent locker if you would like to store your gear at MADE.

  • Kettlebell HT is a barefoot class. You may wear barefoot training shoes, if you prefer, but standard running shoes are not permitted. Kettlebells require that you work from a firm base and the rubber cushioning that you will get from a running shoe is counterproductive, as it makes it difficult to stabilize. Some of the acceptable footwear includes Puma Speed Cats, Puma Drift Cats, Merrell Vapor, Vibram Five Fingers, Inov-8 Bare-XF and Converse Chuck Taylor.
  • Box N Burn requires you to use boxing gloves and boxing wraps. You may borrow our gear for the first two times you attend class. You can purchase everything you need right here at MADE once you decide this class is for you.
  • HiiT Boot Camp requires no special equipment. Majority of the class members wear regular running shoes.

We try to limit our classes to 20 members at one class time to ensure that we give every member the attention they deserve.

To get started, please give us a call 24 hours before the class or intro you would like to attend. You can reach us at 502-544-6336.   We will then schedule your Kettlebell HT intro or reserve your spot for your first Box N Born or HiiT Boot Camp class.

Training frequency is going to vary with each participant. In the beginning, we recommend that you train 2 to 3 times per week until your body gets acclimated to the training. Training too often too soon may result in extreme soreness, making your experience counterproductive. Sometimes, in strength and conditioning, less is more.

An intro class is only required for Kettlebell Hybrid Training. It is very important to learn the proper techniques used to perform the basic kettlebell exercises safely and correctly. We want to make sure you have developed basic mobility and stability before you start working with heavier weights. Without a strong foundation you may get hurt. Some people progress more quickly than others, that is ok. Even after your intro, we will coach you through the moves and modify exercises until you can perform them with confidence.

Our programs are designed to be vigorous and challenging, but ultimately you decide the intensity of the workout. The difficulty of each workout is designed to make you realize your great physical potential and develop mental toughness. You control how strenuous it will be based on your pace and the weights you choose.
